NOTE: THIS COURSE CONSISTS OF TWO, TWO-HOUR LIVE VIDEOCONFERENCE SESSIONS JUNE 14 & 15. Project management is a client-focused process that significantly increases the probability of providing desired results. Project management skills enable accounting and finance professionals to meet the increasing demands for improvement in the efficiency in their work. This course discusses the basics of project management, including methodologies, mitigation of project risks, strategies for the dealing with the unexpected, and managing stakeholders.
