So often, diversity and inclusion conversations and programs focus on dimensions of diversity tied to underrepresented groups – race, gender/gender identity, disability, age, and so on. But diversity is more complex, often nuanced and sometimes confusing. In this session, we will look more broadly at different dimension of diversity and how they come together to influence workplace culture. We look at how diversity – visible and invisible, familiar and unfamiliar – can influence team dynamics and workplace relationships and discuss how to foster a culture of inclusion.
